About the Winter Box
Each year, we intend to offer to both CSA and non-CSA members a Winter Vegetable Box for multiple pickup dates. Each box will contain root crops (potatoes, celeriac, sweet potatoes, carrots, and beets), winter squash, along with leeks, kale, and onions. The winter box typically weighs around 35 lbs. We distribute these boxes to a limited number of distribution sites, similar to the CSA.
Boxes will be available to pick up on the following Saturdays between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Winter Vegetable boxes will be available on 2 Saturdays:
- November 22 (Deadline for ordering is 9:00 PM Friday 11.14.25)
- December 13 (Deadline for ordering is 9:00 PM Friday 12.05.25)
Winter boxes are available on a per-box basis (not a two-week commitment!).
